Questions before you book
Anything else, ask in the notes on the booking form and we answer in our reply.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us in the notes how the crew gets in, for example a lockbox code, a key with the building manager, or a door code, and we confirm it in our reply.
What should I do before the crew arrives?
Pick up clothes, dishes and loose items so the crew spends its time cleaning surfaces, not sorting your things. Let us know about pets, alarms or parking.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your home and the cleaning type. A deep clean takes longer than a standard one. We tell you the expected time along with the price.
Can I get the same crew each time?
With Recurring Cleaning, we send the same crew when we can.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back for it.
Do you clean vacation rentals and offices?
Yes. Choose Other on the booking form and tell us in the notes: turnover times between guests, or the size of the office and when it is empty.
