This notice covers firstratemaids.com and its booking form. It is short because we collect very little.
What the booking form collects
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The service address and your ZIP code
- Your home details: bedrooms, bathrooms and the cleaning type you pick
- The date and time you would like
- Anything you write in the notes
With each request we also keep the date and time it was sent, the page it was sent from, and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection.
Where it is stored and who reads it
Your request is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in the United States. It is also emailed to the owner of First Rate Maids so he can reply to you with the price and time. No one else reads it.
What we do not do with it
We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your request until your booking is handled, and after that for the owner's records.
The security check and cookies
The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person, not a bot, sent it. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser, and when you send the form we pass the result and your IP address to Cloudflare to verify it. We do not store your IP address.
This site has no accounts, sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics.
Asking us to delete your details
Reply to the owner's email about your booking and say you want your details deleted. We will delete them.
